It’s normal to experience some doubts in a relationship. But when the thoughts feel urgent, obsessive, and even irrational, or begin to create a large amount of anxiety in your day-to-day life, you may be experiencing a higher level of relationship anxiety. Of course, to know for sure, you will need to consult a licensed mental health therapist or psychiatrist.

Breaking free from relationship anxiety is a process that requires consistency and commitment. What you put into the program is what you will get out of it. Come with a willing heart to apply the tools you learn and complete the action steps each week, and I believe you will come away from our sessions with new growth. However, I can’t guarantee specific outcomes or that you will never struggle again. Part of working through anxiety and OCD is being okay with hard days rather than giving up.

Therapy or counseling is provided by licensed professionals and focuses on diagnosing and treating of mental health conditions.
This program, on the other hand, takes a tool-based approach to help you understand your core beliefs, develop practical skills, and reach your goals in your relationship. My purpose is to support you in your journey and share with you the scientific and biblical insights that have been helpful to me.

That means my approach is multi-faceted and personal. It brings together evidence-based tools, biblical principles, and someone who understands the journey
